- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes.
- Educate customers on product features and functionality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong public speaking abilities, Relationship building aptitude
- Responsibilities and Duties: Multi-tasking and time management skills
- Working Conditions: Availability to work in shifts, if necessary
