Description - Lead SAP implementation projects focusing on functional consulting.
- Act as a bridge between Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to identify business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years in SAP functional consulting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in both Japanese and English; strong analytical skills; experience with SAP modules.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills; detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
