Description - Provide consulting services to clients in both Japanese and English.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries with high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery.
- Utilize Japanese language skills to enhance communication with stakeholders.
- Participate in training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Japanese language (N3 or equivalent). Strong customer service orientation.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with occasional remote work opportunities.
