About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Security Consultant Manager to join our client's Transformation Controls & Security Integration – SAP practice. In this role, you will lead consulting engagements focused on strengthening SAP application security, compliance, and governance. You will analyze client requirements, implement security measures, and oversee risk mitigation initiatives to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations. You will also manage client accounts and engagement workstreams, oversee SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives, and guide the development of compliance programs and corrective actions. As a Manager, you will lead, coach, and mentor technical teams, manage client expectations, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of engagements. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery, promote innovative solutions, and maintain professional and technical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions across audit, advisory, and implementation engagements.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Security Implementation, SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and SAP Internal Audit or Process Controls.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and operational risk management, including experience developing compliance strategies, policies, and corrective actions.
- Experience with SAP BW/4HANA for data analytics and reporting is an advantage.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications aligned with enterprise system integration and platform delivery are an advantage.
- Experience leading client engagements, managing stakeholder relationships, and coaching and mentoring teams to ensure quality delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
