Job Description
We are seeking qualified applicants interested in working in the insurance and financial services industry.
The position involves conducting client consultations, assessing financial protection needs, providing information about insurance products, and assisting existing clients with policy-related services.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct client consultations and financial needs assessments.
Provide information about insurance products and available coverage options.
Assist clients in reviewing financial protection solutions.
Respond to client inquiries regarding existing policies.
Support policy servicing and claims-related requests.
Attend required training and professional development sessions.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Graduate of a 4-year or 5-year college degree program.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is an advantage.
Willing to complete the required training and insurance licensing examination.
Able to work independently and manage responsibilities.
Must be currently residing in the Philippines.
Part-time engagement.
Flexible working schedule.
Primarily remote work arrangement.
Commission-based compensation determined by individual performance.
Additional performance incentives, subject to qualification.
