We're looking for a proactive and technically skilled Senior Service Desk Analyst to join our team! ? Location: WFOI, 2nd Floor, Saint Francis Square, Bank Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City
? Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO), Hybrid after 3 months
? Role: Senior Service Desk Analyst – M365 and Intune Administration
?️ What You'll Do:? Provide advanced technical support and act as the primary escalation point for complex IT issues.
? Manage critical incidents, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
? Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Enterprise Applications, SCIM provisioning, and App Registrations.
? Manage Microsoft Intune and end-to-end device lifecycles, including enrollment, compliance policies, configuration, and application deployment across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and BYOD devices.
☁️ Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Google Workspace, Active Directory, and enterprise infrastructure.
? Support client rollouts, migrations, MDM onboarding projects, and infrastructure enhancements.
⚙️ Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance service desk efficiency.
? Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, architectural guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
?? Mentor junior analysts, review ticket quality, and promote technical excellence across the team.
✅ What We're Looking For:? Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field. A relevant technical diploma may be considered with strong hands-on experience.
? At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, Intune, endpoint management, and Entra ID, including 2+ years in an L2/Senior Analyst or technical escalation role.
?️ Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance and configuration policies, and application deployment across multiple operating systems.
? Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including SSO, Conditional Access, Enterprise Applications, and App Registrations.
? Working knowledge of Active Directory, networking, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, and cloud administration.
⚙️ Experience with PowerShell, automation, Root Cause Analysis, and process improvement is an advantage.
? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with experience supporting VIP users or global teams.
? Ability to independently resolve complex escalations, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior analysts.
? Certifications:✅ Mandatory: MS-900 – Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
⭐ Preferred: Microsoft AZ-104, other Microsoft 365 certifications, ITIL v4, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or CCNA.
