Job Purpose
The Business Intelligence Analyst will support the Manila office by delivering, maintaining, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to generate business insights and improve overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to support business reporting
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using BI tools
- Write optimized queries to extract and manipulate data
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decisions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes
Technical Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
- Ability to design and maintain database schemas and views
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)
- Experience creating dashboards for business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices (KPI design, UX, layout clarity)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and validation
- Strong analytical skills for identifying trends and insights
- Experience with structured and semi-structured data (plus)
- Experience automating data workflows, pipelines, or reports (plus)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
