Sr. Insights Analyst

We are hiring a Senior Insights Analyst (SIA) to transform data into strategic insights, implement GenAI solutions to elevate reports and workflows, and build strong client relationships based on deep industry expertise.

Job Description/Key Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis of large datasets to uncover patterns and trends, translating complex data into strategic narratives and actionable recommendations while ensuring timely and successful execution.

• Drive the adoption of emerging tools and technologies, including GenAI, to enhance analytical capabilities and automate processes.

• Develop and deliver compelling reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings to clients, supporting their strategic decisions.

• Proactively share knowledge and collaborate with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality output.

• Champion the use of and help refine the team's standards for analytical methodologies, reporting, and quality control.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in a data analysis and insights role; highly-skilled candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply.

• Proven experience working with large data sets and applying statistical analysis techniques.

• Knowledge of market research methodologies and industry trends.

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis & Programming: Proficiency in SQL and programming languages like Python (for data manipulation, analysis, and text mining) or R.

• Data Visualization: Strong skills in dashboard design using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

• Data Science: Experience with data science, data mining, text mining, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

• Business Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA.

• Productivity Suites: High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) and G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

• Proficiency with machine learning (ML) models and Generative AI (GenAI).

• Experience with data manipulation or text mining using JavaScript.
