Responsibilities
1. Product Planning & Strategy
- Develop merchandising plans based on sales data, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Identify high-performing and low-performing products and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with buying and marketing teams to plan seasonal assortments and promotional activities.
2. Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels to avoid overstock and stock outs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and store teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Forecast inventory needs using historical data and upcoming events or trends.
3. Visual Merchandising (if in-store)
- Create appealing product displays that follow brand guidelines.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organized.
- Implement promotional signage and layout strategies to improve customer engagement.
4. Sales Analysis
- Analyze sales performance, pricing, and margins.
- Prepare reports on product performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Adjust merchandising plans based on real-time sales feedback.
5. Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with buyers, store managers, marketing teams, and suppliers.
- Communicate merchandising directives clearly to store teams.
- Participate in product selection and development discussions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate or college level
- With experience as a merchandiser or sales
- Physically fit to lift heavy items
- No visible tattoo
- Willing to work in shifting schedule, extended hours including holidays
- With free medical
- With overtime pay
- With monthly allowances
NOTE
- Willing to do exam and interview at Imus Cavite or Santa Rosa Laguna branch
- Willing to temporarily deployed at IMUS CAVITE or SANTA ROSA LAGUNA branch
