Description - Lead and manage branch operations to achieve business objectives and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base in the Davao area.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, banking regulations, and industry standards.
- Supervise and train staff to enhance their performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2-5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage branch operations efficiently.
- Qualities and Traits: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
