Job Summary
CITI HRM Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Supervisor to support the operations and retail execution of ASUS Philippines across the Mindanao region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing field operations, managing store performance, ensuring compliance with merchandising standards, and driving sales growth through effective coordination with retail partners and field personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor retail operations and field activities across assigned territories in Mindanao.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and market inspections to ensure compliance with ASUS merchandising and branding standards.
- Manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of promoters, merchandisers, and field staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, store managers, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales performance, store execution, inventory status, and field activities.
- Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and marketing initiatives within the assigned area.
- Address operational concerns and provide timely resolutions to issues encountered in the field.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, sales supervision, field management, or a similar role.
- Experience in consumer electronics, IT products, or retail industry is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple locations and field personnel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the Mindanao area.
- Must be residing in Davao del Sur.
