Role

We are

seeking a skilled and motivated  Power plant Engineer to join

our hydropower plant operations team. The successful candidate will be

responsible for monitoring, operating, and optimizing hydropower generation

equipment and systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant

performance.

The

Operations Engineer will work closely with maintenance, electrical, mechanical,

and control teams to maintain continuous power generation and ensure compliance

with operational and safety standards.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in  Electrical

Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field .

· Understanding of SCADA or other industrial control systems is an advantage.

· Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment used in power generation

facilities.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Ability to work in a plant environment and respond to operational emergencies when

required.

· Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, or holidays if required by plant operations.

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements in power generation facilities.
