Accounting/HR Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR

Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team with day-to-day

administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and able

to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Maintain and update employee records
• Prepare employment documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.
• Manage Petty cash
• Prepare checks payments
• Prepare purchase order
• Prepares Government mandatory reportorial requirements and compliances
• Prepares General journal entries by maintaining records and files and reconciling the accounts
• Prepares consolidated financial statements by gathering ang analyzing information form the general ledger
• Provides accounting supports by reviewing financial information and obtaining supplementary information for preparing financial statements
• Analyzes, process and verifies information ang prepares spreadsheet reports, if necessary
• Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes
• Responds to accounting ang financial questions by researching and interpreting data
• Exhibits internal auditing skill as to implementation of operational procedures an policies of management
• Protects organization’ value by keeping information confidential
• Accomplishment accounting and organization missions by completing related results as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor of science in Accountancy
• Previous Accounting experience
• Previous administrative or HR experience is advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
