Information Technology Data Officer

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage all KOBO data, including uploading, downloading, and storage.
- Develop reports and analytics by converting raw KOBO data into processed data using SQL, Excel, and Visual Basic tools.
- Regularly track and extract data related to live audits, nursery aging, planting performance, and maintenance (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Program Manager, Planting Partners, and CIP for monitoring, evaluation, and planning purposes.
- Coordinate closely with CIP and EP Carbon to support all data requirements, especially during the PDD phase and post-PDD activities.
- Work with the Bamboo and GIS Technical Consultant to reconcile KOBO data with Q-GIS mapping data.
- Provide IT and hardware support to Rizome CDO, with requests scheduled at least one week in advance to avoid disruption of reporting deadlines.
- Comply fully with company safety, health, and code of conduct policies.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT, data management, or related roles.
- Experience in data analytics, database management, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of data quality, data security, and basic regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
