Description - Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure all sales operations are running smoothly.
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate sales activities and facilitate communication between different departments.
- Maintain sales records and generate reports for management review.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in sales support or coordination
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workload
