Job Description
- Accuracy of cost estimates (within ±5% of actual cost).
- Timely submission of progress billings and reports.
- Percentage of cost savings achieved through value engineering.
- Number of approved variation orders processed on time.
- Project budget compliance rate. o Timely completion of final accounts and project close-out documentation.
- Quantity take-off and cost analysis.
- Contract management and administration.
- Budget forecasting and financial reporting.
- Negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering.
- Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
