Bookkeeper (for a property-development group)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records for a property development and real estate company. The position will support the accounting operations of the company and its related/affiliated entities, including maintaining books of accounts, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with tax and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR).
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Maintain the General Ledger and accounting records.
- Prepare basic financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions.
- Assist with BIR/tax compliance and audit requirements.
- Organize and maintain accounting documents and records.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Accounting Technology, or related course.
- 1 to 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
- Familiarity with BIR requirements is an advantage.
- Experience handling multiple companies/entities is an advantage.
- Experience with QuickBooks, SAP, or other accounting software is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
- Willing to work Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
