Assistant Product Manager (POCT)

Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Point-of-Care Testing technologies, instruments, reagents, and consumables.
- Knowledge of product specifications, applications, and competitive advantages of POCT devices.
- Ability to support product demonstrations, technical presentations, and product training for internal teams and customers.
- Working knowledge of clinical laboratory workflows, instrumentation, and testing processes.
- Prior exposure to clinical diagnostics, in-vitro diagnostics(IVD), or medical device companies is preferred.
- Experience supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities, including product demos and customer trainings is an advantage.
- Support the Product Manager in managing the full cycle of POCT products, including instruments, reagents, and consumables.
- Conduct research to help position POCT products effectively in the market.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure smooth product development and commercialization.
- Provide operational support to help commercial team promote and sell POCT products.
- Monitor product performance metrics and analyze data to support decision-making.
