Are you a results-driven leader passionate about building high-performing teams and creating real impact in communities? We’re looking for a Sales Officer to lead and grow our field sales force and drive financial inclusion across the country.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive revenue growth by leading and empowering a team of sales agents
- Build your team from the ground up—recruit, train, and develop field agents
- Strategize and execute daily sales activities such as caravans, flyering, and client visits
- Engage clients directly through telemarketing, house-to-house, and branch coordination
- Monitor performance, coach agents, and manage end-to-end loan application process
- Attend pensioner meetings, support community engagement, and uphold service excellence
- Ensure timely reporting, CRM updates, and administrative compliance
- A strong leader with field sales experience
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proven ability to recruit, motivate, and manage a team
- Highly organized and committed to hitting sales targets
- Experience in financial services is a plus!
