Finance and Accounting Supervisor

In this full-time position based in South Triangle, Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations and contributing to its continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- General accounting and bookkeeping
- Financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Bank reconciliation and cash management
- Payroll coordination and statutory deductions
- Cost accounting and manufacturing costs
- Inventory accounting and inventory reconciliation
- Monitoring of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods
- Budgeting and financial forecasting
- Tax compliance and basic knowledge of BIR requirements
- Internal controls and audit preparation
- Financial analysis and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field. CPA is an advantage
- At least 3–5 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or inventory-intensive environment is highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and financial reporting
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
- Ability to supervise and review the work of accounting staff
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, particularly during payroll and month-end closing
- Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information
- Good communication and coordination skills with Management and other departments
