Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit, and Collections, including 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proficient in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor credit and collection activities to ensure timely account settlements.
- Serve as custodian and monitor of retail inventory and related items.
- Prepare and submit quarterly and annual Summary Alphalist of Withholding Taxes (SAWT) reports.
- Perform payment reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Process and release branch, marketing, and B2B requests, including gift certificate (GC) requests and membership kits.
