Inventory Officer (Fashion Industry)
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage and monitor stock across multiple clothing brand branches. The role ensures accurate inventory records, proper stock levels, and efficient distribution of items to support store operations and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels across all branches
- Track stock movement, transfers, and deliveries
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with warehouse and store teams for stock replenishment
- Prepare inventory reports and support demand forecasting
- Ensure proper handling and organization of merchandise
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Experience in inventory or stock management (fashion/retail is an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in inventory systems and MS Excel
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple branches and work in a fast-paced environment
