- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting them with their purchases, answering their questions, and resolving any issues or complaints. This includes offering product recommendations and helping customers find what they are looking for.
- Maintain the store's appearance by ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and clean. This involves unpacking deliveries, arranging merchandise displays, and keeping the store tidy and presentable.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating the cash register, handling payments, and bagging purchases. This requires attention to detail and adherence to store procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful attitude towards customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be reliable and punctual.
