AML Compliance Officer

About the role
Join our team and play a key role in safeguarding the Bank against financial crime.
Key responsibilities
Conduct transaction monitoring and investigate unusual or suspicious activities.
Review and assess alerts, high-risk accounts, and customer profiles.
Prepare and recommend the filing of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and other regulatory reports.
Ensure compliance with AMLA regulations, BSP guidelines, and internal policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Legal Management, or related field.
Relevant experience in AML Compliance, Financial Crime Compliance, KYC/CDD, Fraud Risk Management, or Banking Operations.
Knowledge of AMLA regulations, BSP requirements, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring.
Strong analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills.
