Sales Development Representative (WFH)

Location: Remote, Philippines-Based Work Schedule: Full-time, 09:00 am - 06:00 PM EST Time Zone Rate: $6 to start, increasing to $8 per hour after 6 months This role is the engine of our sales pipeline, executing outbound prospecting, maintaining our CRM system, and setting high-quality meetings for our sales team. You will work closely with our marketing and sales team on messaging and area of focus. Key Qualifications: Experience: Demonstrated success in outbound sales, or a related field. Tech Savvy: Proficient with our sales stack, MixMax, Google Apps Suite and other enablement tools. Communication: Exceptional phone presence and written communication skills; you must be comfortable cold-calling property owners, developers, and integrators. Mindset: A "start-up" mentality—you are self-motivated, resilient, and ready to pivot strategies based on data and market feedback. Alignment: Strong commitment to core values: simplicity, reliability, and a customer-centric approach to security. Bonus Points:
- Experience in the Multifamily Real Estate or PropTech industries.
- Familiarity with electronic access control or SaaS sales models.
