FSP Clinical Trial Coordinator - Oncology

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Clinical Trial Coordinator for oncology studies in Taguig City. The role involves coordinating trial activities, managing documentation systems, supporting regulatory compliance, and liaising across project teams in a standard office environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee assigned trial activities according to role-specific task matrices
- Maintain study documentation and electronic TMF systems with timely file reviews
- Process regulatory documents, coordinate IRB/IEC submissions, and track local compliance materials
- Provide administrative support including meeting scheduling, document processing, and communications
- Analyze study metrics and assist in resolving site documentation findings
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in clinical operations or related field
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and clinical trial database systems
- Knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practices and country-specific regulations
- Excellent English language skills and local language proficiency
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Ability to complete PPD clinical training program
