About the Job:
We are looking for a USRN Utilization Management Nurse to join our client's team. The role involves reviewing medical records and clinical documentation to support evidence-based healthcare decisions. The nurse will evaluate clinical information, prepare case summaries, identify documentation gaps, and communicate review findings to clinical stakeholders. This is a non-bedside opportunity for USRNs with experience in Utilization Management (UM) or Utilization Review (UR).
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a recognized nursing degree or diploma program, or an acceptable equivalent.
- Must hold a current and unrestricted US Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- At least three months or 480 hours of direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of six months of Utilization Management (UM) or Utilization Review (UR) experience.
- Ability to analyze medical records and prepare clear, accurate clinical documentation.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Can start immediately, if possible.
