JOB SUMMARY

The Production Operator is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and assembly of products, operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, and ensuring that production targets are achieved. The position requires attention to detail, compliance with company policies, and strict observance of workplace safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Production Operations

• Operate machines and equipment according to established work instructions.
• Perform assembly, processing, packing, and other production-related tasks.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
• Follow standard operating procedures and instructions from supervisors.

1. Quality Control

• Inspect finished products and components for defects or irregularities.
• Ensure that products meet the required quality standards.
• Immediately report defective products, machine issues, or production abnormalities to the supervisor.

1. Workplace Safety

• Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and regulations.
• Wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned work area.
• Handle tools, materials, and equipment properly to prevent accidents.

1. Equipment and Materials Handling

• Assist in preparing raw materials and supplies needed for production.
• Check equipment and materials before starting work.
• Report machine malfunctions and equipment problems immediately.
• Use production materials responsibly and minimize unnecessary waste.

1. Teamwork and Reporting

• Coordinate with team leaders, supervisors, and fellow production workers.
• Follow assigned schedules, work instructions, and production procedures.
• Report production output, defects, and other concerns as required.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• High school graduate, Senior High School graduate, or equivalent educational attainment.
• With or without previous work experience; experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of performing production-related tasks.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment, including areas that may be hot or noisy, depending on the assigned work area.
• Able to follow instructions and comply with company rules and regulations.
• Responsible, hardworking, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to undergo the required screening, medical examination, and company orientation.
• Willing to work under a contractual employment arrangement, subject to the terms of the employment contract.
