Description - Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations and industry trends.
- Manage travel itineraries and ensure all travel documents are accurate and ready for clients.
- Collaborate with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to secure the best rates and packages for clients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in travel industry or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
