Job Description:
- Drive high-impact projects that align with the company's strategic vision for revenue.
- This is a project-based role, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building things from the ground up.
- Initiative & Campaign Management: Design, execute, and evaluate impactful projects and initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
- Performance Analysis: Use data and insights to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate ROI, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business Intelligence, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with Shopee's strategic direction
Requirements:
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh-graduate to 2 years of experience in strategic initiative management, data analytics, and operations.
- A strong communicator and a team player who can listen to partner needs and translate them into actionable plans, and is excited to contribute to a collaborative culture.
- Someone with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to make a tangible impact.
