As a Media and Performance Strategist,   you   will lead paid media and performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic channels.   In this role,   you’ll   help brands reach the right audiences, maximize ROI, and drive measurable growth through smart, insight-led media strategies.

As Media and Performance Strategist, you will   do:  

Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management  

• Plan, launch, and   optimize   paid media campaigns across:  
  

• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)  
  
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)  
  
• TikTok Ads  
  
• Programmatic platforms / DSPs  
  

• Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals  
  
• Set KPIs, budgets, and media plans based on data and insights  
  

Performance Analysis & Optimization  

• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards  
  
• Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions  
  
• Identify   trends, insights, and opportunities to improve results  
  
• Continuously   optimize   campaigns for efficiency and scale  
  

Data, Insights & Reporting  

• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research  
  
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations  
  
• Create clear, compelling reports and dashboards  
  
• Present campaign results and strategies to internal teams and clients  
  

Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:  

Core Skills &  Expertise  

• Strong experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing  
  
• Hands-on   expertise   in:  
  

• Google Ads  
  
• Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager)  
  
• TikTok Ads  
  
• Programmatic / DSP platforms  
  

• Proficiency   in Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and reporting tools  
  
• Solid understanding of media metrics, attribution, and conversion tracking  
  

Soft Skills:  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills  
  
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights  
  
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners
