Senior AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer | RELX Philippines
We're hiring a Senior AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer to help shape and evolve a global CI/CD platform supporting engineering teams worldwide. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in AWS environments, enjoy automation, and are passionate about building scalable, secure, and reliable delivery platforms.
What You'll Do- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
- Develop and support Jenkins shared libraries, pipeline templates, and reusable deployment patterns
- Modernize and standardize CI/CD pipelines across teams
- Build Python-based automation and tooling to improve developer experience
- Integrate security, quality, compliance, and observability into engineering workflows
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions
- Support critical platform and pipeline issues when needed
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (required)
- Experience with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
- Strong CI/CD experience using Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions
- Intermediate or higher Python skills focused on automation and tooling
- Experience with containers and deployment technologies such as Docker, ECR, GitOps, and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of observability practices, OpenTelemetry, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Experience incorporating security and compliance controls into engineering workflows
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a global team environment
- Work with global engineering teams
- Build enterprise-scale AWS and DevOps platforms
- Work in an environment embracing AI-enabled engineering practices
