Senior Site Engineer

The Senior Site Engr. will directly report to the AVP for Project Management and design.
They are responsible for planning, implementing, managing, controlling, and organizing the construction project, and will ensure that all projects assigned are completed within the timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares construction plans.
- Leads plan reviews and engineering initiatives.
- Manages day-to-day construction works to see to it that all processes and procedures are being followed.
- Monitors sub-contractors and personnel work outputs.
- Prepares a project procurement plan.
- Manages the QA/QC and HSE aspects of the projects.
- Checks fabrications, construction, and installation activities on the site.
- Prepares strategic work schedules.
- Manages and leads personnel to effectively perform their tasks.
- Performs related duties to other company affiliates.
- Assists in assessment and repairs required by other affiliates during the lean period.
- Graduate with a BS in Electrical Engineering.
- With at least 3 years of Construction Management experience.
- Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer.
- Knowledgeable in various codes and standards.
- Has a wide understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary.
- With ISO experience is an advantage
- Keen to details.
- Decisive and critical thinker.
- Willing to do field work
