About the Role
Customs & Shipping Associate supporting end-to-end procurement and shipping workflows — from supplier coordination and customs paperwork to invoice reconciliation, system data entry and reporting. Requires great coordination, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

What you’ll do
- Help reduce costs & risks by supporting shipment consolidation and forwarder coordination
- Review and follow up on supplier shipping documents before arrival
- Arrange transport and bookings with approved forwarders
- Update shipment ETAs in MYOB daily
- Track purchase orders, raise balance POs and follow up status updates
- Confirm stock receipt in WMS and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare container lists and cost reports
- Coordinate QC/inspections and schedules with the Buying team
- Assist with order dispatch
- Reconcile supplier invoices and hand over verified docs to Finance
- Record payments, bill costs and allocate prepayments in MYOB
- Submit weekly and monthly reports including AP Aging
- Support Warehouse and Customer Service teams with related queries
What we’re looking for
- Up to 2 years’ experience; relevant degree/diploma required
- Clear communication skills
- Knowledge of customs, shipping docs and import/export workflows
- Basic understanding of consolidated shipments and forwarder/broker coordination (preferred)
- Excel proficiency (including Lookup/VLOOKUP) and comfort with data/reports
- Self-starter and team player
- Adaptable, growth-oriented in a fast-changing environment
- Willing to work full-time on-site
