- Job Summary:
- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team in Iloilo. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, maintain accurate records, and ensure the efficient operation of daily office tasks.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications such as emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and files with accuracy.
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
- Assist in inventory management, including monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
- Support various departments by performing assigned administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients, vendors, or visitors.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred but not required.
