Responsibilities
- Research and document profiled data on US managed care industry
- Link medical claims data with IQVIA payer universe
- Execute daily tasks to meet defined production targets
- Apply quality processes and standards to all work
- Address client inquiries and support requests promptly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Allied, Business Administration, or Information Technology field
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work night shift
- Health insurance or Pharmacy Benefit Management experience preferred
- Call center experience preferred
