Senior Production Data Input Associate role involving configuration of client reports from IQVIA systems, including data validation, request management, and report generation for pharmaceutical clients.
Responsibilities
- Receive, document, and process client requests for custom or syndicated reports
- Define report elements and validate alignment with client data requirements
- Log incoming data from IQVIA suppliers and ensure accuracy of all deliverables
- Support team members and escalate issues to supervisor as needed
- Execute ad hoc reports and provide training on updated processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or life sciences
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with customer focus and cross-functional collaboration skills
