Responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks in a variety of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs to ensure the facility operates smoothly.
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in building maintenance or related field
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic tools and safety knowledge required.
