Building Maintenance Technician

The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and repair of a building’s systems and infrastructure. Duties include conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in safe and efficient working condition. This role may involve tasks related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in building maintenance or related field.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
- Availability for on-call or emergency repairs as needed.
