About the role

The Developer is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data driven solutions that support our global customer experience strategy. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define requirements, integrate systems, streamline data flows, and deliver meaningful insights. This role ensures business needs are clearly defined, technically feasible, and aligned to measurable outcomes. You will help connect teams with a shared vision, clear objectives, and actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. Along the way, you will get to:

1. Qualtrics platform ownership and development
• Serve as primary administrator/technical expert.
• Design, build, and maintain surveys, workflows, embedded data, integrations, dashboards, and automated reporting.
2. Turning customer feedback into actionable insights
• Translate NPS/CSAT and other feedback into insights that drive product, service, and operational decisions.
• Build executive dashboards, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend measurable improvements.
3. Strategy and cross-functional CX leadership
• Develop and maintain the enterprise strategy and roadmap for client sentiment measurement and Qualtrics usage.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to embed customer insights and support closed-loop follow-up processes.

What we’re looking for

• Background in CX, insights, analytics, or a related data-driven role.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience administering/developing in Qualtrics or comparable experience management tools.
• Ability to design technical solutions, manage integrations, and build dashboards (Qualtrics dashboards, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Ability to define/document clear use cases, outcomes, and success criteria.
• Strong communication skills to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences and lead cross-functional initiatives.
