Key Responsibilities
Improve product listings, images, and descriptions to increase sales.
Manage and update product listings on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Work with marketing, sales, and other teams to plan promotions.
Analyze sales, customer behavior, and product performance.
Improve customer satisfaction and online shopping experience.
Monitor market trends and competitors.
Prepare sales reports and recommend improvements.
2–5 years of e-commerce experience, especially in Shopee and TikTok Shop.
Knowledge of SEO, product listing optimization, and data analysis.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
