Customer Service Representative - Financial Retail Account

We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our Financial Retail Account . In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to retail financial products and services, account concerns, transactions, and general support while delivering a professional and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding financial retail products and services.
• Assist customers with account concerns, transactions, billing, and general inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality service standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update account information.
• Adhere to company policies, security procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• Achieve individual and team performance metrics, including quality and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• At least 3 months of BPO experience .
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
