Key Responsibilities
SAP & Financial Support: Assist clients with accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and financial reporting using SAP.
Troubleshooting: Address entry-level software issues and escalate complex technical problems to higher-tier support.
System Optimization: Log software bugs, evaluate system performance, and recommend process improvements.
Process Tracking: Document standard procedures and monitor key software performance metrics.
Software Management: Oversee the installation, setup, and maintenance of accounting applications.
Cross-Functional Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for technical assistance for both clients and internal team members.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
Core Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of general accounting principles.
Experience: 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply .
Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive independently under pressure.
Location & Schedule: Onsite at Cebu Business Park, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
