Recruitment Associate (Manila)

- Source new candidates for different job vacancies
- Create and publish job ads on the company’s website, online job boards, and social media platforms
- Review submitted applications to ensure all documentation/information is included
- Handle the initial screening process and perform employment and reference checks
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Update candidates and guide them through all the recruitment process
- Update record after every selection stage
- Ensure all recruitment paperwork is properly filed, with special attention to data confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or another related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Willing to work extended hours if needed
- Willing to work in Manila
