ABJTI is ACTIVELY LOOKING for Accounting Associate to be part of our dynamic and ingenuous team who will enjoy growth and professional development.
Job Location: Sampaloc, Manila
Employment Status : Full Time (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assign codes for suppliers and encode all item information.
- Collate mined items alongside their pictures (hold status for supplier).
- Track and reconcile inventory levels
- Monitor Oversees Expenses
- Monitor and Encode Compensation and Benefits Expenses
- Monitor and Encode other Operational Expenses
- Monitor any charge-backs, disputes, or customer refunds.
- Create and monitor Billing Statement Report (Vendors, Freight, Water bill, Electric bill, Rental,
- Other ad hoc
Key Skills Requirement:
- Integrity and confidentiality.
- Knowledgeable in data gathering or research methods, reports preparation,
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and decision making skills

Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years experience specifically within an e-commerce environment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Driven, Passionate, Customer-Focused and Goal/Result-Oriented;
