Key Account Representative

Description - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for growth within the client base and develop account strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance metrics, goals, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align services and solutions with client needs.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform account strategies and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in account management or sales
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and sales management skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Salesforce and customer relationship management tools
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to analyze competitors and market trends
- Responsibilities and Duties: Effective teamwork and collaboration with internal stakeholders
