Job Description
- Assist in the preparation, review, and organization of legal documents, contracts, and reports
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases and compliance requirements
- Maintain and organize legal files, records, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, and government agencies regarding legal matters
- Monitor deadlines, renewals, and compliance-related submissions
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings and preparing correspondence
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive legal information
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Legal Studies, or any related course
- Open to fresh graduates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Knowledge of legal documentation and processes is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information professionally
- Can start ASAP
