Showroom Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee Operations: Ensure daily activities of the showroom run smoothly and meet high customer service standards.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and provide training and guidance to showroom staff.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to enhance showroom performance.
- Strategy Development: Create and execute strategies to drive sales and profitability.
- Customer & Supplier Relations: Maintain strong relationships, resolve issues quickly.
- Sales Monitoring: Track and report sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the sanitary wares and products industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments.
- Customer Service: Strong customer-oriented approach.
- Management: Experience with inventory management and sales reporting.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system knowledge is a plus.
- Education: BS degree in Business Administration or related field
