Pharmacovigilance Associate

ICON seeks a Pharmacovigilance Associate for its Manila office to monitor pharmaceutical product safety through adverse event collection, analysis, and regulatory reporting. The hybrid role involves signal detection, risk assessment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with pharmacovigilance standards.
Responsibilities
- Collect and review adverse event reports for accurate and timely regulatory compliance
- Conduct signal detection and risk assessment to identify emerging safety concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on safety inquiries and investigations
- Prepare safety reports and assist with regulatory submissions
- Stay current with pharmacovigilance regulations and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or related experience
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to work hybrid setup with 2-3 days per week in Makati City
- Legal right to work in the Philippines
