Finance Associate

Responsibilities: - Tax Compliance & Filing: Prepare, process, and file local tax requirements (BIR tax returns, withholding taxes, VAT, income taxes).
- Accounting & Financial Support: Perform day-to-day accounting and record-keeping tasks with precision.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure alignment with Philippine taxation principles and company standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized, confidential financial records and generate accurate reports.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, tax, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with Philippine tax compliance is required .
- Familiarity with BIR tax returns, withholding taxes, VAT, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Solid understanding of basic Philippine accounting and taxation principles.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with high integrity and professionalism.
- Working knowledge in end-to-end SAP processes for finance / accounting is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to start immediately.
- Amenable to a one-day on-site hiring process .
- Preferably residing in Mandaluyong City or nearby areas
Work Details:
- Location: Mandaluyong City (walking distance from MRT Boni Station)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Work Setup: 100% On-site
